Endoscopy and endoscopic procedures

I think there is a particular need for the help of an experienced specialist in the field of endoscopic examinations. I have been training in, and performing, endoscopy since the mid 1990’s, primarily gastrointestinal and airway investigations but, latterly, urogenital.

I will be carrying with me a range of flexible endoscopes as well as a rigid scope which will allow me to perform most common endoscopic procedures in your practice using your anaesthetic and nursing facilities.
Cases that are applicable would include:

Gastrointestinal cases, e.g chronic vomiting, diarrhoea, regurgitation. Biopsy and foreign body retrieval and feeding tube placement
Respiratory cases, e.g. chronic nasal discharges, chronic coughs and suspected foreign bodies
Urinary cases, e.g. recurrent infections, haematuria, stranguria, incontinence cases. These often lend themselves to a mixed work up using ultrasound, radiographic techniques and endoscopy
Haematologic cases, e.g, anaemias and other cytopaenias, suspect bone marrow disease
